Being recognised for manufacturing means a great deal to us, especially here in Wellington, where so many of us in the food and hospitality industry are doing it tough right now. We see it every day, and we respect the resilience, passion, and hard work of all the businesses that continue to serve our communities. This award is a reminder of how interconnected we all are – suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and hospitality operators – and how important it is that we continue to support one another.
Preston Foods has been part of the meat industry in Wellington since 1904. Four generations on, we’re proud to still be here – producing, packing, and delivering quality food with the same commitment to care, craftsmanship, and consistency that started with Preston’s Master Butchers over a century ago.
